Provides quality customer service to insureds and customers. Resolves service problems in a contact center environment via multiple channels including phone, email and chat with a focus on quality and timely resolution. Under close supervision, follows standard processes and procedures on assignments of basic to moderate complexity. May refer inquiries beyond level of knowledge or authority to more experienced representatives or published material.
