Position Overview:

The Email & SMS Marketing Coordinator will assist, support and coordinate with the Digital Marketing team on email & SMS marketing programs to ensure operational excellence and drive revenue.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, execution, and optimization of email and SMS campaigns
  • Assist in campaign deployment process, from briefing through completion, including scheduling, approval process, vendor coordination, QA and post-deployment takeaways
  • Maintain and update strategy calendars to ensure timely execution and delivery
  • Perform daily QA of all campaigns (audit creative, promotional messaging, links, segments, set up etc.)
  • Partners with account managers and marketing leads to ensure campaign details and content are accurate
  • Track and submit all digital marketing invoice submissions
  • Monitor competitive landscape and identify areas of opportunity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Experience:

  • Combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 1-2 years of work experience in ecommerce and/or Digital Marketing preferred
  • Experience working with project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com preferred
  • Interest in Digital business and the digital retail landscape
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel.
  • Possess customer-centric mindset
