Custodian Days - Part Time - West Fargo North

This role is responsible for performing custodial duties and other miscellaneous duties in order to ensure that the facility is maintained in a healthy, safe and sanitary manner. Part-Time hours for this position are Monday through Thursday between 5:30AM-3:30PM

Clean offices, conference rooms and lunch rooms.
• Dust all furniture and fixtures as required.
• Clean entrance and exit including glass doors and hardware.
• Wash all finger marks from walls, doors, hardware and glass.
• Clean, wash and disinfect drinking fountains.
• Floor care: mop tile and concrete floors; vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Restrooms: wash and disinfect all washroom floors, toilets, toilet seats, hand dryers and fixtures; clean all mirrors; replenish toilet tissue and soap as needed; spot clean walls and toilet partitions.
• Trash management: empty all waste baskets and garbage cans; place garbage in outside storage bin.
• Break room maintenance: clean kitchen sinks and counters.
• Ensure cleaning materials and supplies are stored in a safe and orderly manner and ensure an adequate supply of cleaning materials/supplies is on hand.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Disciplines received within the last 6 months may affect eligibility for this opportunity
