We seek an IT Strategy & Partner Director for Respawn Entertainment, the award-winning studio behind multi-platform games such as Apex Legends, Titanfall, and Star Wars Jedi. As the IT Leader, you will help ensure the Studio has the technology, knowledge, and services they need to create world-class games. Your role reports to the VP of Employee Technology and Customer Success |EA IT's Employee and Studio Experience (ESE), which is dedicated to providing the best tools and support for EA teams to perform at their highest potential. As an IT leader for Respawn, you will guide business technology strategy, solution discovery, service and risk management, and relationship management with the Respawn studio and EA IT. Embracing diversity and inclusion, you will promote the development of great games through an open and collaborative work style. As the Strategy & Partner Manager, you will guide strategies that align with our goals and foster innovation, scalability, and efficiency in game development. You will align the EA IT roadmap with our studio goals, driving strategic technology decisions and leading investment budget planning. You will ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting needs, building relationships, and delivering IT services promptly. Responsibilities Relationship Development and Management Proactively serve as an advisor and partner between EA IT and Respawn development teams.

US Compensation And Benefits The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. Base Salary Ranges * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): $170,500 - $259,300 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
