The Finance Manager is a critical partner to leaders of the business, supporting strategic objectives including the identification and implementation of cross-function continuous improvement initiatives. The Finance Manager also performs thorough business case analysis to guide effective business decisions and serves as a key subject matter expert for ensuring enterprise targets are achieved. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Drives process excellence, efficiency, and effectiveness through the application of operational excellence/lean approach, including KPI insights Leads business planning and forecasting leveraging business requirements, and improved productivity by leveraging internal and external insights Finance leader in functional and/or regional management routines Drives proactive solutions based on trend analysis, risks, and opportunities, and utilizes management routines to review deviation and trend analysis, risk, opportunities Partner with functional and/or regional management to develop business objectives and key results Cross functional finance business partnership to ensure alignment Develop, oversee, and business case development for capital investments Promote a clear understanding of financial metrics and operational levers to develop financial acumen across the organization Ensure effective internal controls are in place and properly executed Perform ad hoc financial analysis that results in a recommendation that guides business decisions REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Master's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field preferred 6+ years in a Finance or accounting role 6+ years (or commiserate) experience in financial reporting/analysis/management 4+ years in a management or leadership role Proficient with Financial systems, data visualization tools including Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite Come and join our Sparkling team!
