We are hiring Industrial Utilities/HVAC-R Technicians to join our 3rd shift team. Starting pay is $33.16- $40.03 per hour, based on knowledge and demonstrated skill. $1000 Retention Bonus* 3rd shift receives $1.50 per hour premium pay. 12-hour 2/2/3 schedule Quarterly Bonuses Comprehensive benefit after 30 days of employment On-site company store with Nestle products Retention Bonus is paid out $500.00 at 4 month and $500.00 at 8 months of employment. Position Summary* Industrial Utilities/HVAC-R Technicians are responsible for the service, troubleshooting and repair, and preventative maintenance of the ammonia refrigeration system, HVAC, and utilities systems. Participate in the Process Safety Management program and be a member of the factory Emergency Response team and HAZWOPER team.
