Summary:

The Department Secretary - Physical and Occupational Therapy role provides administrative and secretarial support functions to the Physical and Occupational Therapy departments. Serves as a receptionist and scheduler to both departments. Utilizes and maintains computerized registration, scheduling, statistical, billing, transcription, and word processing systems.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Post secondary education preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two years of administrative support experience required.
