As a Maintenance Repairman 2, you will perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks maintaining the Middle Creek Visitors Center and vehicle fleet. You will repair doors, frames, windows, electrical circuits, water systems, alarm systems, and freezer units. You will also fabricate and install temporary partitions; perform masonry work for buildings, bridges, and foundations; and use a variety of lawn and landscaping equipment. This role requires the ability to maintain effective working relationships to lead small groups of semi-skilled workers, as well as the ability to maintain clear and accurate records.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1; or
• Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.

Special Requirements:

• You must be in possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

Additional Requirements:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.
