DESCRIPTION OF WORK

You will assess and determine the appropriate services, programs, and treatments for those on your caseload. Additionally, you will conduct group or individual counseling sessions as part of reentry and discharge programming. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed written reports on inmates' progress and adjustment while incarcerated, as well as providing staff recommendations to the courts, parole authorities, or other relevant parties.
