Our enthusiastic and dedicated nursing staff provides 24-hour care, seven days a week. From helping our residents prepare for their day to assisting them to participate in exciting activities, you will play a huge role in their day. Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment (8 hours per day; 80-hours biweekly)
• Work hours are 1st shift, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.
• Rotating schedule, working every other weekend.
• Overtime as needed.
• Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• Active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry; or
• Six months of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients or residents.

Special Requirement:

• This position is assigned to a long-term or specialized care facility and requires active registration as a Nurse Aide in the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Registry.

Additional Requirement:

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Legal Requirements:

• A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
• This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
  • Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
