Support Disability Residential Services by ensuring compliance with licensing rules and regulations through documentation review and conversations with supported individuals and team members. This position requires the ability to office from home and will support programs primarily in the St. Paul and Minneapolis areas. The Quality Specialist position involves travel to maintain service quality and connects with other quality specialists to ensure consistency across the state. The successful candidate must be cleared by a Bureau of Criminal Affairs (BCA) background study and have a drivers' license; a Motor Vehicle Check (MVR) is required.
