Primary Responsibilities: Respond to Ticket requests for IT issues in a professional and timely manner (This includes Hardware, Software, Network Connectivity, and User Management) Install, configure, and ship Computer Hardware requested by client Provide thorough and professional communication with the client through the repair process Basic Qualifications: Minimum five years of architect/engineer IT experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, friendly, positive, optimistic demeanor A strong understanding of networking technologies, solutions, troubleshooting, & support Ubiquiti, Meraki Appliances, Cisco Networking Technology, Dell, EMC and HP Storage Solutions, VMware Solutions Image based backup solutions. General Windows Desktop and Server Administration Virtual Desktop (Windows Virtual Desktop and VMware Horizons) Cloud (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Autotask, Datto RMM, Auvik or Managed Services (MSP) experience Disclaimer: This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of the position.
