We are looking for a SAP SD BA to perform the following duties: *Work closely with business units to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives *Translate business requirements into SAP functional and technical specifications *Configure, test, and implement SAP solutions that meet business requirements *Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs *Jira - Designing, developing, and implementing customized JSM workflows. *Jira / Confluence - Training staff on how to use the system and providing ongoing support. *Developing metrics, dashboards, and advanced filters in Jira for operational/performance metrics and status reports *Skills* Sap, Jira, Atlassian Jira, Business analysis, SAP SD, SAP S/4 HANA, testing quality assurance, confluence, SAP C4C, SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP EDI, SAP PP, SAP BTP *Top Skills Details* Sap, Jira, Atlassian Jira, Business analysis, SAP SD, SAP S/4 HANA, testing quality assurance, confluence, SAP C4C *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications *Experience in SAP S/4Hana & C4C configuration and testing *8+ years of experience in IT with 5+ years of experience in SAP with SD or CRM as the core function. *Knowledge on MM, PP, WM, EDI, BTP areas is a plus. *Experience with business and technical requirements analysis *Experience in administering program / project / product management tools *Experience as a Jira / Confluence administrator *Experience with advanced JIRA / Confluence concepts like project plan creation, workflow rules, roles and entitlements, centralized management reporting and etc. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $71.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
