HCAI Inspector

Willdan is a Municipal Services Firm that has provided superior engineering, planning, building, and many other consulting services to government agencies for more than 60 years. Willdan has an opening for a Part-Time On-Call (8-16 hours per month) role for an HCAI/OSHPD Inspector in the Kern County, CA area. This role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring compliance with healthcare and public safety regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting surveys and inspections of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Perform thorough assessments of healthcare facilities to identify areas of non-compliance.
• Provide expert guidance to facility administrators on regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policies promoting high-quality patient care.

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Certification HCAI 3 Inspector (OSHPD 3).
• Knowledge of Healthcare compliance regulations and OSHPD requirements.
• Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring code compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
