Overview of the Position: The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will define the team's business intelligence (BI) vision, strategy, and best practices. The position will lead the design, implementation, and delivery of high impact BI solutions for a fast-growing environment with limited guidance. Business partner with internal stakeholders to define, plan, and build complex analytical solutions to inform sales performance, inventory management, operational metrics, and more. This position will also translate strategic and operational data needs of multiple business units into the necessary data models, ETL pipelines, reports, and visualizations. Education / Experience Requirements: 10+ years of professional experience required. Must have 7+ yrs of SQL & SSMS experience; 7+ yrs of Power BI, DAX, and SSRS development experience; 7+ yrs of experience developing and managing data migrations utilizing SSIS. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
