Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) communications team is looking for a communications professional to support employee communication efforts for our global businesses through the development and execution of communications plans and materials. We're looking for someone to proactively partner with business leaders to identify where communications can meaningfully contribute to business objectives and close employee communication gaps. Our Team We are an in-house Marketing & Communications capability support all KES business units. We contribute to business outcomes through close partnership and collaboration with leadership, product and technology owners, and commercial teams. We leverage the strengths, talents, and experience of our team and trusted third-party agencies to design and execute strategic marketing and communications plans. What You Will Do Here are some ways you'll get to use and grow your knowledge and skills: * Create and execute strategies to close communication gaps * Drive communication initiatives that aim to strengthen the connection to our business direction, results and application of our business management philosophy (Principle Based Management) with employees to achieve desired outcomes * Closely partner with business leaders to craft presentations, messaging and other content to connect employees to our vision and business direction * Advise on issues, attitudes, and opinions within the company that could affect business results or reputation * Support change management communications for business that are continually transforming Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Strong writing and editing skills * Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects * Experience owning large-scale communications and/or marketing initiatives, focusing on objectives, timelines, costs and measurable outcomes * Experience developing executive materials, including speeches, talking points, and presentations What Will Put You Ahead * Experience working with senior leaders * Experience with change communications * Experience working with manufacturing employees with limited access to traditional communications channels * Experience working with SharePoint, Viva Engage, and other employee communication tools * Experience with generative AI, particularly for content creation At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
