Description

Develops and coordinates workshops and training opportunities for clients. Hosts Career Fairs and/or Employer of the Day events. This position also helps MFIP Employment Counselors connect participants to high wage, high demand positions while working with individuals around job search assistance, resume building, interviewing skills, and placement assistance. This position coordinates the training needs for MFIP Employment Services, serving over 800 clients annually. Average daily usage of the TEC center is 15-20 clients per day. Virtual services may be offered in conjunction with in-person learning. QUALIFICATIONS:
