Coordinator, DEI&B at a glance...

You will play a key support role in the execution of the enterprise DEI&Bs strategy, partnering with team members to help ensure an efficient and organized execution of all DEI&Bs related initiatives, while living out the Company's core values.

What's on the menu?
  • 35% - Support the DEI&Bs team with scheduling, handling logistics, coordinating events, project management and other technical duties related to DEI&Bs strategies, programs, and initiatives

  • 20% - Partner with internal resources to generate reports and analyze data for DEI&B related programs

  • 15% - Collaborate with internal customers to continue to drive our DEI&B strategy

  • 15% - Assist with internal and external communication, content creation and training support

  • 15% - Lead a variety of other projects as needed

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to build and track timelines and keep projects moving and on track

  • Solid experience and abilities with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, MS Teams Live Event, Zoom and PowerPoint

  • Has a natural curiosity and growth mindset for innovation and trying innovative approaches

  • Evidence displaying interpersonal skills and experience exhibiting the ability to problem-solve, display diligence, and collaborate effectively while autonomously completing

  • Ability to problem-solve and track down information

  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and language for varied audiences, simplify complicated information, and write quickly

  • Ambitious team member with a passion to challenge the status quo and finds new or out-of-the-box solutions to challenges while also being comfortable an adaptable in an agile working environment

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$59,200.00 - $74,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
