Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Technician to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Inspects security systems and their components for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs and recommending and performing preventive maintenance
  • Ability to troubleshoot systematic problems
  • Diagnose causes of electrical problems or failures in security systems for the purpose of identifying necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Repair and/or restore all systems per specifications and in conjunction with any applicable building and or electrical codes


Basic Qualifications:




  • High school education, or equivalent



  • EL-06 license required



  • 3+ years working in the electronic field with daily use of AC/DC theory


  • Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record


Preferred Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience working with CCTV Systems, preferably Pelco, Bosch, Milestone and experience
  • Access Control Systems, preferable AMAG, Lenel, Hirsch, GE Casi Rusco, Brivo and Software House and with Intrusion detection systems: DMP, Radionics or Bosch & Honeywell preferred
