Description

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Coordinator to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Oversee the needs of customers and clients
  • Handle incoming service requests via phone or email, which would result in a work order to be scheduled and dispatched to proper personnel
  • Order and track parts for service requests
  • Proactively follow up with customers after completion of service to ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Provide updates within service system
  • Ensuring all work orders are completed and invoiced timely


Basic Qualifications:



  • High school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel


Salary Base: $25/HR
