As an Instructional Coach, you will:

  • Ensure implementation of Bright Horizons philosophy and foundational beliefs in all educational practices including curriculum, inclusive and anti-bias education, and instructional practices.

  • Provide resources, support, guidance, performance coaching, modeling, training, observation, and feedback to teachers.

  • Use education quality tools to assess program and curriculum implementation, developing improvement plans when needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; Associate degree required with educational plan to complete Bachelor's degree

  • At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required, experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

  • At least three years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.

The annual salary for this position is between $44,000 - $50,000 annually. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
