Survey CAD Technician

As a Survey CAD Technician for Civil & Environmental Consultants Inc. (CEC), you'll demonstrate excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process to assist a Licensed Surveyor or Survey Project Manager with a variety of tasks including crew scheduling and daily assignments, developing deed work maps, developing design ready base files, producing final survey documents and drawings, and conducting courthouse research to collect right-of-way and property information. You'll use your knowledge of ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Oil and Gas surveys, Pipeline Surveying, Topographic Mapping, Courthouse Research, Boundary Surveys, construction layout, and GPS surveys to contribute to the project's success. The majority of your time will be spent in the office, but occasional fieldwork may occur.

3-5 years of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil experience;
• Experience processing survey data using Trimble Business Center preferred;
• Experience conducting field surveys preferred;
• Ability to perform field/site visits as needed; and
• Valid Driver's License.
