Req#: 647999 Application Coordinator Associate Monday-Friday 8:30-5 Hybrid/Remote In the office 1-2 days a month and additional days for special project and Go Lives. Johns Hopkins Health IT 750 E. Pratt Street, 5th Floor Baltimore, MD 21202 General Position Summary: The Application Coordinator Associate (ACA) participates in the development and design of the application(s) for which the AC A is responsible and is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned Epic module(s).
Job Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions/Performance Standards Needed to Achieve Goals Measures (Quality, Quantity, Time) Analysis and Design: Employs basic analytical skills to define systems requirements and objectives for system applications and interfaces.
Application Configuration/Development: Works with the appropriate subject matter experts and other project team members in design, build, and validation sessions.
Testing and Implementation Skills: Assist with full system testing and go-live planning.
System Support: Support application during and after live process.
Communication/Project Management:
Required Job Qualifications: Education: Baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Clinical studies. A GPA of 3.5 or better. Certifications: Required to complete and pass certification in assigned Epic application module(s) within 120 days of employment in this role. Experience: Work experience in a professional environment as obtained through an internship or fellowship program. Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSA's):
Salary Range: Minimum 26.70 per visit - Maximum 46.73 per visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
