Role Objective

Working independently and in collaboration with GOJO Sellers this role is responsible for developing and executing customer and distributor strategies needed to drive profitable revenue growth for a region or market. Utilizing virtual selling techniques to engage, maintain, and grow relationships with end users this role is responsible for account acquisition, retention and growth of account base package and advancing sales qualified leads and target accounts to conversion. Activities include selling innovation and increasing implementation and adoption of GOJO and PURELL Solution across various markets aligning with GOJO Demand Activation Resources. Collaborates, builds, maintains and manages account relationships and activities with field sales, key customer contacts, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present meetings end-users and internal partners
  • Uses various technologies and resources to engage, build relationships and sell in a mostly virtual sales environment
  • Uses sound independent judgement to make decisions regarding actions needed to grow and retain business for an aligned customer base
  • Uses data and insights to identify and implements opportunities to improve efficiency and results to impact financial performance of accounts
  • Uses Salesforce.com to effectively manage of pipeline and maintain and update account specific information and insights
  • Seeks and shares competitive intel
  • Uses independent judgement to resolve customer issues through effective problem solving, negotiation and issue resolution, empowering use of GOJO policies. Uses judgement to engage leadership team as needed
  • Accomplishes team and individual revenue and productivity goals as defined by Business Segment Team Leaders, Sales Leadership
  • Collaborates and participates on cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and close opportunities
  • Partners with GOJO Business teams, channel partners to generate interest, qualify leads, close opportunities, retain customers and generate sales
  • Responsible for the advancement and conversion of Sales Qualified Leads to Opportunities
  • Works independently and in collaboration with assigned channel partners to develop and provide 'new conversion' targets to end user sales team members
  • Develops key relationships to retain and grow end users to customers for life
  • Initiates contacts with Distributor Sales Reps (DSR) and end user Key Decision makers (KDMs) to drive revenue and profitability
  • Selling GOJO innovation, executing on white space opportunities with end users
  • Drive overall market share growth through profitable end user selling activities
  • Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth for aligned base account package and new acquisition through the conversion of target end users.

Education and Experience

Associates degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in sales operations, inside sales or sales required. Business to business and or virtual sales experience preferred. Experience in Janitorial Supply, Healthcare, Foodservice or Education a plus. Proficient in Salesforce.com and all Microsoft Applications a plus.

Supervision/Coordination

Works with members of various business teams; has frequent contact with internal and external stakeholders, GOJO Sales Teams, Channel partners and end-user key decision makers (KDM)

Travel Requirements
Overnight Travel - sporadic - required.
