As an Events Marketing Project Manager Intern, you will collaborate closely with the events team to execute and provide guidance on the creation of new events. You will partner with team members to learn effective event design and planning with the aim of achieving stakeholders' event objectives. ResponsibilitiesSeeks opportunities to learn about new events or experiences that occur across the business, market, and/or competitors. Implements plans to create new events or experiences from senior leaders and team members.Implements an event brief and executes stakeholders' vision for an existing event in partnership with senior team members. Works closely with team members, shared services, production personnel, and agencies to realize the event's design and objectives.Build relationships with key stakeholders. Initiates communication with core internal and/or cross-functional marketing teams. Acts as a liaison across teams to coordinate the development of merchandising, messaging, and marketing for events.Highlights potential key performance metrics and determines how to tie metrics to a specific event. Leverages business analytics and relevant metrics to drive business impact of the event. Begins to understand how to determine if event content and program agenda is appropriate for targeted attendees and how to meet audience needs.Partners with stakeholders to identify and create event metrics, considering how to measure success based on a particular event's objectives |
