  1. Program Coordination and Administrative Oversight


    • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the BCBSA Licensure Governance Steering Committee, Compliance leadership, and other key stakeholders.
    • Organize and maintain program documentation, ensuring that all materials are up to date and accessible to relevant parties.
    • Track follow-up tasks and deadlines, providing administrative support to ensure that all actions are completed on time.
    • Coordinate communications among the Steering Committee to allow for understanding and awareness of new/revised requirements.


  2. Requirements Intake and Communication


    • Perform administrative functions associated with intaking new/revised BCBSA licensure requirements.
    • Coordinate communications among internal departments (e.g., Legal, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Programs Office) to facilitate smooth intake and implementation of new requirements.


  3. Tracking and Monitoring Support


    • Assist the Program Analyst in maintaining the adherence tracking system, focusing on administrative tasks such as scheduling status checks and ensuring timely filings.
    • Support the Analyst in monitoring progress and escalate any administrative issues or delays.


  4. Policy and Procedure Support


    • Assist in the formatting, distribution, and document management of policies, procedures, and training materials developed by business owners in response to regulatory requirements.
    • Ensure that all documentation is properly stored and accessible for future reference.
    • Manage administrative duties related to audits including preparing and coordinating for onsite examinations.


  5. Post-Implementation and Reporting Support


    • Assist with preparing reports and documentation for Steering Committee and enterprise risk committee meetings.
    • Provide administrative support during post-implementation reviews, including documenting findings and coordinating feedback sessions.


  6. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.
