Salary Range: $74,000 - $78,000 (Depending on qualifications)

Essential and Primary Responsibilities:



  • Network Management (30%): Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks.
  • Security (20%): Monitor network security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
  • Troubleshooting (20%): Diagnose and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations.
    Performance Monitoring (10%): Regularly monitor network performance and optimize configurations for efficiency and reliability.
  • Documentation (5%): Maintain detailed network documentation, including configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
  • User Support (5%): Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues and best practices.
  • Vendor Management (5%): Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure optimal performance and support for network hardware and software.
  • Compliance (5%): Ensure network operations comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications and Requirements:



  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls), network protocols, and security practices. Experience with Azure network is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside regular business hours for maintenance and emergency support.
  • Growth mindset for continuous professional development to stay current with technology advancements.
  • Experience with consultant and vendor engagement.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required (10% travel with locations all over the state of MN)
