Import/Export Coordinator I Temporary

We have an opportunity for a temporary Import/Export Coordinator to join our Roseville, MN team. You will be responsible for the movement of material out of the country in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

You will:

• Additional job responsibilities - Creating, picking, verifying, processing and filing Export Sales orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, order pickers, and RF scanners.
• Prepare export documents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Responsible for working with the Customer Service team on prioritizing the movement of material within the DC
• Communicate with Customer Service/Inside Sales to assist the distribution team in completing the daily allocation of Intercompany & Domestic sales orders, and ensure that we are fulfilling customer orders.
• We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, analytical, and has good judgement to plan and accomplish goals.

Key Qualifications:

• Standing, walking, twisting at the waist
• Lifting and lowering weights up to 40 pounds
• Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $23.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Shift/Hours:

• 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday - Friday

Temporary Benefits:

• Qualifies for Safe and Sick time after 90 days of employment
