We are seeking qualified candidates for an HR Business Partner located at our Distribution Centre in Byhalia, MS. The HRBP is responsible for aligning Hamilton Beach Brand's people strategy with the business strategy and objectives within designated business units. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to internal customers to support the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business' financial indicators, priorities, and its competition. This onsite role requires being on site five days a week.
