Overview Supporting Community Healthcare is a rewarding role. LifeLong Medical Care is looking for a Site Monitor for the Medical Respite Program in Oakland. The Medical Respite Program consists of 4 apartments with 15 bedrooms that surround a courtyard, and has a daily census of 27 individuals. The program provides integrated medical and care management services to homeless adults most of whom are recently discharged from hospital care. This is a short term (up to 45 days) respite facility providing 24/7 staff support. This is a part time (32 hours/week), benefit eligible position. This position is represented by SEIU-UHW. Salaries and benefits are set by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and an employee in this position must remain a member in good standing of SEIU-UHW, as defined in the CBA. LifeLong Medical Care is a large, multi-site, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a rich history of providing innovative healthcare and social services to a wonderfully diverse patient community. Benefits Compensation: $21 - $22/hour.
