The Talent Sourcing Lead will lead the sourcing team and drive LYB's talent sourcing efforts. The Talent Sourcing Lead will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, developing and executing sourcing strategies, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. They will develop systems and processes for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for critical roles and engage passive candidates through proactive outreach. In addition, the Talent Sourcing Lead will create detailed market maps, identify emerging talent trends, and partner with the recruitment marketing team to attract top talent through employer branding initiatives. They will support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, collaborate with recruiters to ensure seamless candidate experiences, and track key sourcing metrics. Regular reporting on sourcing activities and results will be necessary to optimize efforts and achieve exceptional outcomes. This position will work a hybrid schedule based out of Houston, Texas.
