Position Summary:
As a Production Assistant, you'll be an essential part of our team, operating filling lines to complete products for customer orders and following appropriate policies and procedures to ensure successful execution of position responsibilities. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career within our structured path for growth and guaranteed pay progression milestones at 90 days and 180 days! Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Package finished products, including assembling boxes, sealing cases, and labeling.
- Operate filling line and packaging equipment, performing quality checks during production.
- Monitor product cases for weight accuracy and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to food safety regulations, including SQF and GMPs.
- Complete daily production reports and assist with equipment operation as needed.
- Support various tasks as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
- Self-motivated with good judgment and decision-making skills.

In addition to normal business hours, work schedules may include after hours and weekends as needed. May work outside and in adverse temperatures which include extreme hot, cold, and humidity.May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. Must be willing and able to wear personal protective equipment as required by established Company Safety standards.May require work in confined and dark spaces, and at heights in excess of 18 feet for prolonged periods of time.
