Posting Type Hybrid Job Overview The Senior Manager of Commercialization will be responsible for developing and refining the commercialization strategy for Relativity's growing portfolio of products. In addition to managing a small team of dedicated analyst(s), this person will lead cross-functional groups including product marketing leads, product management leads, finance and operational teams to develop and put forth business cases and recommendations, and they will interface closely with the executive team to facilitate decision making on highly impactful product and packaging initiatives.Job Description and Requirements Long-Term Strategy and Roadmap

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $155,000 and $233,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position. |
