JOB PURPOSE:

The Recruitment Coordinator supports the recruitment operations within the Human Resources department by facilitating all recruitment activities. The Recruitment Coordinator works with 3rd party vendors and internal departments to staff hard-to-fill positions through all means, including but not limited to: attending hiring events on behalf of Endeavors, attending internal recruitment strategy meetings, spearheading meetings with 3rd parties to determine effectiveness of recruitment tools, and creating training tools for the Endeavors Recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition and a full recruitment cycle from beginning to end.



Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Maintain confidentiality on all aspects of the HR department and organization information provided
  • Support Recruitment team, Management, and HR leadership in all organization recruitment efforts
  • Create and maintain the budget for all Recruitment department purchases to include: 3rd party service fees and dues, promotional items for events, and event attendance planning (travel and stay, where applicable)
  • Ensure Endeavors Recruitment policies are followed by all staff in a timely manner
  • Create and update recruitment processes and standard operating procedures to ensure understanding and execution from the HR Recruitment team
  • Guide training for new hiring managers
  • Prepare and post job advertisements
  • Spearhead any changes with recruitment processes and/or applications
  • Work with external service providers to ensure effectiveness of program(s)
  • Source external vendors to aid in the recruitment process
  • Drafts and sends offer letters to selected candidates and transitions onboarding to the onboarding team
  • Coordinate with internal departments to determine staffing requirements and candidate qualifications
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and tracking in the designated Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Manage communication through email and phone correspondence
  • Other duties, as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience.

ATTENDANCE: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined in the employer's sole discretion.

LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.

VEHICLE: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.

OTHER: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
