Description Medical Group PracticesProfessional - Clinical Summary: The Polysomnography Technologist I - MMCP role is responsible for providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders through polysomnography, diagnostic, and therapeutic services or patient care and education. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: Completion of college level course work in physical and biological sciences or in the basic principles of polysomnography course work preferred. 2. License/Certifications: Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within six months of hire. Eligible for RPSGT exam under one of the pathways outlined by the BRPT. Must pass RPSGT exam within 12 months of start date. Completion of the A-Step Self- Study modulesand/or a STAR Focused Program within six months of start date required.
