The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Minnesota Duluth seeks a highly motivated academician to serve as a full-time 9-month tenure track assistant or associate professor beginning August 18, 2025. The successful candidate will adhere to the university's educational philosophy and work collaboratively with colleagues. The Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders is housed in the College of Education and Human Service Professions and has five full-time faculty members, five full-time clinical instructors, and four part-time clinical instructors. The department has strong affiliations with regional schools, hospitals, and clinics, and has an on-campus teaching clinic, the Robert F. Pierce Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic, and four research laboratories. The program is accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
