What you'll be doing...As an Associate Director within the Total Wireless Exclusive Retail team, a part of the VCG Value Organization, you will be responsible for leading the overall HQ Direct Retail Partner Strategy. You'll provide critical support in driving sales and business growth for our Total Wireless Channel Partners while building relationships with multiple Indirect leaders and accounts and cater to their specific needs. Your team of Sr. Client Partners will be responsible for prioritizing and managing 15 accounts, multiple programs and responsibilities successfully, making sure to understand business issues and develop winning solution strategies. You will need to make critical, business impacting decisions. You'll proactively share best practices, cultivate collaboration, ensure results and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are being met in order to drive and execute results with other key responsibilities to include:

For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. If you are hired into a California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, Washington or Washington, D.C. work location, the compensation range for this position is between $112,000.00 and $209,000.00 annually based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. |
