Who you are:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

  
  
• 
  

  10+ years of experience in software engineering and development with Ruby on Rails.

  
  
• 
  

  An interest in being a mentor and influencing best practices with less experienced developers.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong grasp of SQL compositions skills for composing queries and analysis.

  
  
• 
  

  Understanding of RESTful API design and relational and NoSQL databases

  
  
• 
  

  Take ownership of your work, focusing on delivery.

  
  
• 
  

  Established and proven expertise with client side Javascript and React, an Influencer of the use of Git and Gitflow.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficient in TDD with RSpec and Cucumber for robust test-driven development.

  
  

• 
  

  Experience with developing on Cloud, especially GCP and AWS.

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in Kubernetes (GKE preferable), and Docker.

  Proven ability in Design and Architecture of complex, highly scalable and performance driven applications.

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.

The salary range for this position is $125,000- $160,000K USD.
