Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, Product Management and Delivery to support the Defense Innovation Unit's Commercial Operations Team (CommOps) reporting to the Secretary of Defense. DIU's Commercial Operations is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration among DoD Mission Partners, Academia, Industry, new ventures & entrepreneurs, private capital investors, and other national security stakeholders to solve some of the most complex challenges facing the nation. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs, translating those needs into Salesforce solutions, and ensuring that the platform's utilization is optimized. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing complex business needs, designing solutions, implementing Salesforce features, and providing ongoing support and training. The candidate must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment, with exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify, anticipate, and fulfill needs. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities and equities in a high-tempo environment serving NSIN and DIU's mission. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Evaluate complex business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS: Must have a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTI are required.
