Single Phase Technician

Responsibilities & Expectations:

The Single-Phase Technician is responsible for installing, assembling, inspecting, testing, and preparing single-phase transformers. This includes the installation of components, performing tests, and ensuring all work meets high-quality standards. The technician will work closely with the production team to maintain safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

• Assemble and fit transformer equipment in tank
• Install wiring and components per specifications
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly of equipment preferred
• Experience with transformers and electrical testing equipment a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
• Comfortable working with machinery, hand tools, and in varying temperatures
