POSITION SUMMARY Provide professional engineering and strategic technical leadership in the Factory, ensuring people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised. Strategic leader for engineering function, leveraging Nestle's leadership principles in the following areas: capital execution, asset maintenance and utilities excellence, engineering compliance, and sustainability. Expected Tools to leverage: * Cascaded objectives to all leaders that are in-line with factory objectives * Implement strategic technical OMP and factory master plan * Detailed cost management plan for all aspects of engineering including YoY improvements * Detailed action plan for all aspects of technical execution * Maintenance Foundations/TPM * Corporate resources and Nestle Market standards REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL LEVEL:
SKILLS:
Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers such as Nestle Standard Costing, Asset and Maintenance Management, CAPEX budgeting and preparation. TPM / continuous improvement process development, preferred AutoCAD view, AMM, etc. Strong technical and managerial skills. In-depth knowledge of food processing plant and technology. Maintenance technologies. Operation of utilities. Knowledge of food safety, regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R). Analytical skills in problem solving. Communication and networking. Understanding of financial analysis and relevant business drivers. Nestle Standard Costing. Asset and Maintenance Management (AMM). CAPEX budgeting and preparation (CIAT). Project Engineering/Management - Plant Design & Construction. Industrial Services and Energy Management (NEMT). Theapproximate payrange for this position is $150,000 to $175,000.Please note that thepayrangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation mayvary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographiclocation.
