Compensation: Base Salary + Commission



Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative / Business Development Specialist- Japanese Bilingual. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, qualifying, and generating leads for our sales team. Your primary focus will be on proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calling and emailing.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation:


    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic cold calling and emailing.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries and companies.
    • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.


  • Client Qualification:


    • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, such as company size, industry, and budget.
    • Assess the potential value of each lead and prioritize accordingly.


  • Sales Process:


    • Schedule initial meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
    • Provide the sales team with detailed information about each lead, including their needs, challenges, and decision-making process.


  • Reporting and Analysis:


    • Track and analyze lead generation metrics.
    • Prepare regular reports on lead activity and pipeline health.
    • Identify trends and opportunities to optimize lead generation strategies.




Qualifications



  • Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads in B2B solutions preferred.
  • Strong interest in the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in Japanese and English.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone and through email.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related filed.
